How to Crack Kotak Bank PO Exam

Kotak Mahindra bank is one of the fastest growing private banks of India. The bank is going for a large expansion mode for which it requires quite a healthy no. of officers. Like ICICI Bank it has also started its own personalized PO programs in association with Manipal University, Bengaluru. The program which is of 9 months is fully residential (3 months of on the job training is also provided after the completion of this 9 months residential program).

The selection process of Kotak Bank PO comprises of two stages. First stage is an online aptitude test the result of which is declared within 15 days. Selected candidates are then called for personal interview and psychometric test. Aptitude test is done to test the problem solving aptitude, and off course attitude, of aspirants. Interview session of this bank is a bit tough because of the inclusion of psychometric test. If selected, its going to be a great experience as working with Kotak Mahindra is far much better than that of goliath ICICI and Axis.
